Step 2.1 : Quartz thickness

The thickness of Quartz countertops is a matter of preference and we provide 20mm and 30mm thick Quartz worktops. However, at least 30mm thickness is recommend for natural stone such as Granite, Marble & Quartzite for extra strength. When it comes to durability, quartz is more durable than marble and granite. The thickness of a quartz worktop depends on the intended use. A thicker quartz countertop is stronger and more durable than a thinner one. You could use quartz with thinner thickness in low activity area or places where its not necessary to have thick quartz slabs.

Step 3 : Decide worktop edges

Stone edges are a customizable design element that you select before the fabrication process. Choosing the right worktop material and edges is an important decision for your kitchen worktops. We provide various edge profiles such as straight, chamfered, pencil round, shark nose, half bullnose, full bullose, ogee and dupont. You could also combine 2 edge profiles (extra charges may apply for some combination).
